wild offerings
where our soles, spirit, and soil meet in sacred practice
Wild Spiritual Companionship
Sacred conversation for your unfolding story. Wild Spiritual Companionship is a spacious, one-on-one time to listen for the Holy in your life through your questions, your wonder, your grief, and the everyday rhythms of being human.
Rather than fixing or directing, this is a practice of presence, attention, and gentle curiosity. Together, we notice what is already unfolding and how the land, your body, and the Spirit might be tending you.
What is a session like?
We begin with a simple grounding practice like silence, breathing, or a moment of noticing the world around you. From there, we move into open conversation and listening. I may offer gentle questions, mirroring, or a brief spiritual practice, but you set the pace and direction.
What guides this work?
These five rhythms guide every session:
Listening with the Land – Deep listening to both inner and outer worlds; noticing how Spirit speaks through wind, light, silence, and conversation.
Embodied Presence – Returning to the body as sacred dwelling, to breath and sensation as prayer.
Reciprocity with Creation – Recognizing the Earth as partner and teacher; exploring practices of gratitude and care.
Mutual Becoming – Welcoming change as holy; understanding that both guide and companion are transformed.
Wonder as Worship – Cultivating awe as spiritual nourishment; allowing wonder to soften and awaken the soul.
Where do sessions happen?
Outdoors on the land where weather and access allow, online via video, or in a private indoor space.
What is the rhythm?
Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes, often on a monthly or biweekly rhythm, but we can discern what fits your life.
What is your rate?
My rate is $75/session. Initial 30-minute session is free. Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo. I offer a sliding scale too; we can talk together about an amount that feels honest and sustainable.
How do I begin?
Schedule an initial conversation with me! Initial 30-minute conversations are free so we may discern together if we are a good fit. I will ask you some introductory questions to get to know where you are on your spiritual journey and what you are hoping for in our sessions.
Wild Wanders (Guided Forest Bathing)
Root your soul and soles in the wonder of the Earth. Wild Wanders are guided, sensory-rich walks on the land that invite you to slow down, listen with your whole body, and let Earth become a companion and teacher.
Through a series of guided sensory invitations, you will practice slowing down, attuning to your senses, and cultivating relationships with yourself, others, and the More-than-Human world all within the nurturing embrace of nature.
What happens on a Wild Wander?
We gather at a trail, park, or piece of land and move slowly—often less than a mile over 2–3 hours. I’ll offer simple invitations for noticing, sitting, touching, and being with the land, with time for silence and shared reflection.
Who are Wild Wanders for?
Individuals, pairs, or small groups of all ages who long for time outside that feels sacred, unhurried, and gentle on the body.
What is the inspiration behind Wild Wanders?
Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest-bath), Wild Wanders follow a Standard Sequence that gently brings participants out of their heads and back into their bodies. Wild Wanders are research-based and have been shown to decrease stress and blood pressure, increase creativity and focus, speed up recovery from injury, and improve your immune system.
What is your rate?
One-on-one Wild Wanders rate is $75/person. Group rates vary. Payments can be made via cash, check, or Venmo. I offer a sliding scale too; we can talk together about an amount that feels honest and sustainable.
